5. Client Responsibilities

Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or materials in a timely manner
Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any proprietary systems or processes we use
Pay all agreed fees on time as outlined in your service agreement

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual proposals and service agreements. General terms include:

A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins
Final deliverables are released only upon receipt of full payment
Late payments may result in pausing or termination of services
All prices are quoted in the currency agreed upon in the proposal

7. Refund Policy

Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion
Completed and delivered work is non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability

Innovative Momentum Private Limited shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from delays or service interruptions
Results achieved from SEO, paid advertising, or social media campaigns — as these depend on numerous external factors outside our control
Third-party platform changes (Google algorithm updates, Meta policy changes, etc.) that affect campaign performance

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may involve the use of third-party tools and platforms including but not limited to:

HubSpot
Zapier
Make (Integromat)
Twilio
Google Analytics
Meta Business Suite
LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service. Innovative Momentum Private Limited is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by these third-party platforms.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination:

All outstanding payments become immediately due
Deliverables completed up to the termination date will be provided upon receipt of final payment
Access to any accounts or systems managed by us will be transferred back to the client within 7 business days

12. Website Use

Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
