His role is to understand what a prospective client is actually trying to accomplish, map that to the right service combination, and make the engagement process clear and straightforward from the first conversation forward.

He brings a consultative approach to business development: asking the right questions first, presenting solutions that fit the brief rather than defaulting to the widest possible scope, and setting accurate expectations before a contract is signed. His goal is to start every client relationship on a foundation of trust and mutual clarity rather than optimism and assumption.

Faraz manages initial discovery calls, the proposal process, and introductions to the delivery team, acting as the bridge between what a client needs and how the team can deliver it in a way that creates real business value.
