Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of materials you provide. On full payment, you receive the agreed rights to the final deliverables. We may reference completed, public work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Limitation of liability

We work to professional standards but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement concerned.
